Operator Rules

Here are some Op Rules for #islam_chat room that all Ops are supposed to follow

1- If a person comes to the room and starts swearing at ISLAM or ALLAH or the PROPHET s/he should be banned.
2- If a person swears at or harasses ANOTHER USER he gets told that it's not allowed in the room..if he continues he gets kicked..if he comes back doing the same he gets banned.(rule implies on both muslims and nonmuslims)
3- No FAVORING, we should be fair to all
4- No Op can REMOVE A BAN another Op did,If u think that Op was unfair with that ban you private the Op and tell him your opinion and discuss removing it with him.If he still refuses without giving any valid reasons then you can report that(With Logs) to muslim4ever or LayL
5- Any DISAGREEMENT between two Ops shud be dealt with in pvt not on main
6- If someone POSTS A WEBSITE Ops should check them,if they are islamic or serving a discussion then it's allowed,if they are inapropriate then the person who posted it should be banned.
7- Considering the trouble that happened due to using different LANGUAGES on main,Only English is allowed on main,it's ok if someone uses a sentence or two in another langauge but if they are having a DISCUSSION in another language then they should be asked to take it to pvt and talk in english on main.This rule applies on Ops even before they're applied on chatters,we should set an example.
8- If someone complains about someone BOTHERING them in pvt(swearing,talking rudely,etc.. ), then the Op has to ask to see part of the convo,if he's a regular and known chatter and doesnt have logs then if U trust him take an action against that rude person, But you have to make sure he saves the convo next time he wants to complain about someone.
9- If a person types more than two sentences in CAPS he is asked to quit his caps,if he doesnt respond he gets kicked,if he comes back typing in caps still he gets banned.
10 All Ops have to write the REASON for thier kicks or bans.
11- All Ops should keep LOGS
12- Users joining with INAPPROPRIATE NICKS should be asked to change them,and given around 30 seconds to do so,if they dont change them they are kicked,if they come back with same nick you kick them then ban the nick using the mode :/mode #islam_chat +b nick.
13- Ops cannot MAKE OTHER OPS without discussing with the other ops asking them for thier opinion,then discussing with muslim4ever or LayL.
