الرجل يرث المراة من ضمن الميراث

Dt:25:5: اذا سكن اخوة معا ومات واحد منهم وليس له ابن فلا تصر امرأة الميت الى خارج لرجل اجنبي.اخو زوجها يدخل عليها ويتخذها لنفسه زوجة ويقوم لها بواجب اخي الزوج. 6 والبكر الذي تلده يقوم باسم اخيه الميت لئلا يمحى اسمه من اسرائيل 7 وان لم يرضى الرجل ان يأخذ امرأة اخيه تصعد امرأة اخيه الى الباب الى الشيوخ وتقول قد ابى اخو زوجي ان يقيم لاخيه اسما في اسرائيل.لم يشأ ان يقوم لي بواجب اخي الزوج. 8 فيدعوه شيوخ مدينته ويتكلمون معه فان اصرّ وقال لا ارضى ان اتخذها 9 تتقدم امرأة اخيه اليه امام اعين الشيوخ وتخلع نعله من رجله وتبصق في وجهه وتصرح وتقول هكذا يفعل بالرجل الذي لا يبني بيت اخيه. 10 فيدعى اسمه في اسرائيل بيت مخلوع النعل
Dt:25:5: If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband's brother unto her. Dt:25:6: And it shall be, that the firstborn which she beareth shall succeed in the name of his brother which is dead, that his name be not put out of Israel. Dt:25:7: And if the man like not to take his brother's wife, then let his brother's wife go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband's brother refuseth to raise up unto his brother a name in Israel, he will not perform the duty of my husband's brother. Dt:25:8: Then the elders of his city shall call him, and speak unto him: and if he stand to it, and say, I like not to take her; Dt:25:9: Then shall his brother's wife come unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto that man that will not build up his brother's house. Dt:25:10: And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him that hath his shoe loosed.

ISLAM: If the husband dies, then the wife may marry another male by choice.

CHRISTIANITY: If the husband dies without impregnating the wife, then the "brother" of the dead husband MUST marry his wife. The female CANNOT marry anyone else, but ONLY her dead husband's brother (DEUTERONOMY 25:5).

حواء هي سبب خروج ادم من الجنة حسب الكتاب المقدس
في الاسلام ادم و حواء يتحمل المسؤولية بالتساوي

Gn:3:6: . فرأت المرأة ان الشجرة جيدة للأكل وانها بهجة للعيون وان الشجرة شهيّة للنظر.فأخذت من ثمرها واكلت واعطت رجلها ايضا معها فأكل.

Islam: Adam and Eve (peace be upon them) were EQUALLY responsible for eating from the "forbidden tree." They both repented and were forgiven by the Most-Forgiving and Most-Merciful Allahu ta'ala.
Christianity: Eve ate from the "forbidden tree" BEFORE Adam did. Adam ate from the tree AFTER Eve did. The woman was deceived FIRST. Because of EVE causing Adam to sin by eating from the forbidden tree, the ground is "cursed." God doesn't forgive them, but damns them and humanity -- thanks to Eve (the woman)! ALL females go through "pains of childbearing" as a punishment from God -- because of EVE'S sin. All males have to go through pains of eating from the ground, thanks to EVE. ALL babies are born in SIN, thanks to EVE. All of this can be found in GENESIS 2:4-3:24.



Ex:21:7: واذا باع رجل ابنته امة لا تخرج كما يخرج العبيد. 8 ان قبحت في عيني سيدها الذي خطبها لنفسه يدعها تفك.وليس له سلطان ان يبيعها لقوم اجانب لغدره بها.
Exodus 21:7-8 "And in case a man should sell his daughter as a slave girl, she will not go out in the way that the slave men go out. If she is displeasing in the eyes of her master so that he doesn't designate her as a concubine but causes her to be redeemed, he will not be entitled to sell her to a foreign people in his treacherously dealing with her."

Here in this verse we can see that fathers can easily and freely sell their daughters as slaves to other men. The other men are free to rape the daughters if they wish to do so.

Dt:25:11: اذا تخاصم رجلان بعضهما بعضا رجل واخوه وتقدمت امرأة احدهما لكي تخلّص رجلها من يد ضاربه ومدّت يدها وامسكت بعورته 12 فاقطع يدها ولا تشفق عينك
Deuteronomy 25:11-12 "And in case men struggle together (in a fight) with one another, and the wife of the one has come near to deliver her husband out of the striking one (to save her husband), and she has thrust out her hand and grabbed hold of his private (the other man's groin), she must then get both her hands cut off, and the eyes of the men must feel no sorrow."

One has to ask himself a very simple question here: Why should the wife who is trying to save her husband from brutal beating by another man get both her hands cut off? and why should we not have any mercy on her? Does this sound inspired from God to you? Be honest with yourself.


Lv:21:9: واذا تدنست ابنة كاهن بالزنى فقد دنست اباها.بالنار تحرق.
Leviticus 21:9 "And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire."

Why a priests daughter be burnt in fire just because her father is a priest if she decides to act like a whore? Is this fair? Should it make a difference whether or not a girl's father is a priest or not?


Ecclesiastes 25:22 "Of the woman came the beginning of sin, and through her we all die." (from the Catholics Bible) Women in the Bible are considered evil !!!.

Ecclesiasticus 22:3 "....and the birth of ANY daughter is a loss" (From the New Jerusalem Bible. It's a Roman Catholics Bible); Roman Catholics today form more than 75% of the Christians population throughout the world. Why should the Bible give stupid (with all respect to you) generalizing statements like that about ALL women?
